APS Resource, Mequon, Wis., launched the load distributing technology (LDT) Slider Block, a patent-pending improvement for the APS 2000 Vehicle Restraint and other rotating hook restraints that reduces damage to a unit while increasing the pull-out strength of a rotating hook vehicle restraint.

The APS Resource LDT Slider Block is made of a durable composite material, and can be interchanged with other rotating hook restraints. The LDT Slider Block Field Retrofit Kit replaces the top two rollers of most rotating hook vehicle restraints.
