Paris Brothers signed a new lease agreement for more than 500,000 square feet of warehouse, cooler and freezer space spanning four buildings in the underground building of Hunt MidWest SubTropolis.
The Tacoma (Wash.) Daily Index reported that Versacold Logistics Services, Vancouver, B.C., broke ground for a $30 million cold storage facility at the Port of Tacoma.
