The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) announced that Meghan Rodgers has been named as the organization’s new Vice President of Public Relations and Industry Affairs.

The Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA), a Core Partner of the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), announced Primus Builders as the recipient of the 2020 CEBA Built by the Best Award for their project with Americold Logistics in Savannah, Georgia. The award recipient was unveiled during the Closing General Session of the GCCA Virtual Innovation Program by CEBA Chairman, Vince Free.

The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) is pleased to announce three key staff changes. Brian P. Lynch is joining the GCCA team as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Member Programs on July 6th. Meanwhile, Megan Costello and Lowell Randel have been promoted effective immediately. 

The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) released first-quarter data showing the general major cost structure of operating refrigerated warehouses. The cost of labor was once again the largest share of expenses, followed by property rent/lease/mortgage costs.

The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) named Matthew Ott, CAE, the organization’s new President & CEO. Ott will assume his new role on June 1st and succeeds outgoing President & CEO, Corey Rosenbusch who left the Association earlier this year to take the helm as President & CEO of The Fertilizer Institute.
