 Total space encompasses 1.5 million square feet with 360,000 square feet available for additional development, plus blast freezing capacity of over 1 million pounds per day.

Situated on 62 acres, RealCold East Hanover will comprise a 50-fiit clear, fully-convertible, Class A, LEED Silver warehouse that will include environmentally controlled rooms ranging from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to +55 degrees Fahrenheit. 

This initiative marks the introduction of the Brazilian version of the Cold Chain Institute, which will celebrate 60 years of history in 2025 in the United States.

The new brand purpose statement will guide the company’s strategic vision and portfolio offerings in real estate development and investment, IT network infrastructure design and installation, and its semi-automated storage solutions with expanded automation and traditional storage offerings.
