Andy has more than 15 years of construction industry experience, eight of which are with Brinkmann. He is involved in the preconstruction of all projects that include refrigeration, bringing process unity to bid projects to create a consistent experience for owners across the country. His attention to detail, combined with strong interpersonal skills, results in successful preconstruction processes. As a preconstruction manager, Andy is responsible for the development of the project cost estimate from the very early stages of conceptual documentation to the final cost estimate. He works closely with teams to confirm the most current trade contractor pricing trends are reflected in our estimates and that the upcoming bid period of the project is effectively communicated to the subcontractor market. Andy provides support with project deliverables, historical cost information, and knowledge of national trends.
