The Diamond State Port Corp. (DSPC), Wilmington, Del., and The Chemours Co., also of Wilmington, Del., announced an agreement for the Port of Wilmington to purchase the former Chemours Edgemoor site on Hay Road, located to the north of the port’s existing facility, for $10 million.
