 The 216,000-square-foot BTS cold storage facility marks the largest economic development project in McIntosh County, Georgia. 

The first facility Ti Cold built for Agile was in Macon, Georgia, and was completed last month. 

The facility will implement a low-charge ammonia system and feature over 29,520 pallet positions.

The 142,000-square-foot site, built by Ti Cold, is part of a three-phase project.
 

Ti Cold Development is building a 254,330-square-foot cold storage facility in Reno, Nevada, with 40,000 pallet positions, and a 41,000-square-foot refrigerated dock. Situated within the heart of the infrastructure-invested Tahoe Reno Industrial Center and home to a diverse mix of industries and businesses including world-class brand names in Google and Tesla. This new Reno location offers convenient access to the I-80 corridor and Union Pacific Intercontinental rail line, which is the central logistics corridor to and from the east coast.  

Ti Cold Development, a nationally recognized leader in the cold chain industry, has begun work on a 315,000-square-foot cold storage facility in Phoenix. Upon completion, this facility will feature nearly 40,000 pallet positions, a 60-foot-deep refrigerated dock, 40-foot-deep refrigerated rail dock and -10F to 35F, fully convertible refrigerated / frozen space.
