Karis Cold’s latest warehouse development is under construction in Darien, Georgia. 

Concrete walls are rising on what will become a 216,000-square-foot BTS cold storage facility delivered with Ti Cold and PermaCold Logistics.

The is a $60 million project is the largest known economic development in McIntosh County, according to the state of Georgia. 

Once complete it will feature 50-foot clear heights, blast freezing capabilities and 30,000 pallet positions.
