The Refrigerated Foods Association incoming president, William Bigelow, discusses cold foods manufacturing and his plans for the organization’s next chapter.

Originally known as the Salad Manufacturers Association (SMA), the organization has grown from a dozen salad makers to over 150 refrigerated foods companies. 

Speakers, networking, a tradeshow and golf outing were among the activities over the three day event.
