American Meat Institute (AMI) officials said buyer attendance at the Worldwide Food Expo's 2009 International Meat, Poultry & Seafood Industry Convention and Exposition exceeded 2007 totals.
The American Meat Institute said it hired the sales analysis firm, ethnoMetrics Inc., Stevensville, Mich., to "enhance the purchase experience" of those buyers and sellers.
