In the past year, Square Roots has deployed new, co-located farms on GFS distribution centers in Kenosha, Wisconsin; Springfield, Ohio; and now Shepherdsville, Kentucky.

Harvesting over 1,600 pounds of fresh herbs and salad mixes since August, the latest Square Roots farm celebrated a ribbon cutting on October 28. 

Revol Green's increase in romaine lettuce production is largely due to its new Texas facility that will produce upwards of 17 million pounds of greens annually upon phase 2 completion.

Located at the Gordon Food Service distribution center in Kenosha, Square Roots grows a wide variety of fresh greens, including herbs like Basil, Dill, Parsley, and Cilantro; microgreens; and salad mixes.
