RETA, the Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association, is pleased to announce the 2023 RETA National Conference. The conference is the world’s largest gathering of Refrigerating Engineers and Technicians. Providing extensive education and training opportunities. We will hold the conference November 14-17, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, Florida.

The RETA Conference covers a wide array of topics for the professional development of industrial refrigeration operators and technicians. It spans 4 days and offers hands-on training, workshops, technical presentations, networking events, and an expansive exhibit hall. No matter your level of experience or position within the Industrial Refrigeration Industry, our educational conference has an all-encompassing, comprehensive program dedicated to improving knowledge and success.

We certify Operators and Technicians. RETA-certified operators must meet exacting standards for industrial refrigeration training and knowledge. We offer credentials and training opportunities for refrigeration industry operators and other professionals. As the Industrial Refrigeration Industry continues to expand, there is increasing demand for certified Operators and Technicians. The labor market is extremely competitive for quality people, so investing in Operators and Technicians is vital.

During the conference, each of the 12 Technical topics is presented three times and worth 1 PDH; 3 Hands-On Sessions and Manufacturer Sessions are presented 2 times each and worth 2 PDH. Hot Point Sessions are worth 1 PDH and Workshops are worth 1 PDH per hour. Attendees can also sign up to take one of the review courses, held on Saturday, November 11-13, and finish by taking the certification exam at the conference.

ANAB (ANSI National Accreditation Board) accredits RETA certification exams. This ensures that the highest industry standards are set and met continuously every year. Our ANAB accreditation means we are highly regarded and recognized by regulatory agencies such as EPA and OSHA in the establishment and maintenance of the highest industrial and safety benchmarks.

This year’s exposition is completely sold out! There will be a wide variety of suppliers and vendors who will be discussing the advantages of their equipment and technologies.  Attendees who interact with our exhibitors will have a competitive edge with the information they gain by just walking around the exposition area.

All professionals, students, and experts working in the Industrial Refrigeration Industry, seeking continued education, and desiring to network with industry professionals should attend our conference. Gain valuable insight and training, plus earn PDH (Professional Development Hours) credits to maintain your certification designation. The RETA National Conference will help you stay ahead in the refrigeration industry and position you as a leader.
