Sara Stickler, president & CEO of the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) announced the addition of key members to the executive team.
Lindsay Shelton Gross joins the organization as senior vice president, global communications, marketing and strategic initiatives. She brings over 25 years of experience in communications, membership development, marketing, external relations, and new initiatives, and will be instrumental in driving communications for GCCA.
“Lindsay will bring a new strategy to our GCCA communications and drive a global voice for our membership and the cold chain industry,” said Stickler.
Robyn Kilrain is also welcomed to the executive team as vice president, people, culture, and workforce. She brings over two decades of experience in human relations, change management and head of people. Robyn will oversee all areas of HR management at GCCA.
“Robyn will be a critical part of our organizational development and change management initiatives at GCCA and will drive an employee and member-oriented culture for growth and effectiveness,” says Stickler.
Additionally, Stickler announced the promotion of Shane Brennan to senior vice president, strategy, partnerships and policy where he will work to help drive the organization’s long-term strategy, foster key relationships and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and initiatives across the globe.
“As a continued member of the executive team, his strategic approach will help align organizational priorities to overall content, messaging, and policy development, ensuring a unified approach to our work across the alliance,” said Stickler. “I am thrilled to welcome both Lindsay and Robyn to GCCA, complementing our incredible team. Their experience, leadership and skillsets will have immediate impact on the organization and will strengthen the value GCCA provides to our members and the industry.
