In a move set to reshape the future of dairy packaging, Okeanos, the advanced materials company behind the innovative Made From Stone technology, has a strategic distribution partnership with MCT Dairies, a trusted leader in global dairy ingredient solutions.
The agreement enables MCT Dairies to distribute Okeanos’ Made From Stone compounds throughout its extensive dairy client network, offering producers a sustainable, cost-effective alternative to traditional plastic packaging. The Made From Stone technology replaces the majority of plastic resin with renewable calcium carbonate to reduce plastic content and carbon footprints significantly while maintaining the durability and barrier properties essential for dairy products, such as cheese, yogurt, butter and creamers.
