Easy Street Unveils Pre-Diced, Dry-Seasoned Chicken

Easy Street Korean BBQ Chicken
One Fine Family

Easy Street, the new, consumer-facing brand from Baltimore-based Holly Poultry and One Fine Family, launched a line of pre-diced, dry-seasoned chicken aimed at modern shoppers looking for speed and flavor without sacrificing quality.

September 20, 2025

Easy Street, a street food-inspired, antibiotic-free, flavor-forward line of fresh, pre-trimmed, pre-diced, dry-seasoned chicken, is now hitting grocery shelves across 10 states. The brand delivers big taste with zero prep; going from pack to pan to plate in seven minutes or less with flavors like Street Taco, Korean BBQ and Rotisserie.

Unlike competitors that rely on wet marinades or added oils, Easy Street’s dry-seasoned chicken is seasoned to perfection without the use of preservatives or food dyes. It’s made with no antibiotics ever, using naturally portioned, pre-diced pieces for fast and consistent cooking, perfect for griddles, stovetops, tacos, bowls and more.

Easy Street is the first consumer launch from Zach Fine, CEO of One Fine Family and Holly Poultry, one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s largest poultry producers. Fine, who worked his way up from the ground floor of his family’s business to become CEO in 2018, helped Holly more than double in size and build a workforce of over 450 employees. Now, he’s bringing that foodservice know-how to the consumer side with One Fine Family’s first retail launch.

“We built Easy Street to be the easiest yes of your week; something that’s flavorful, affordable and just makes sense,” Fine said. “We know quality ingredients and convenience shouldn’t come at a premium. Our goal is to make fresh, never frozen, antibiotic-free chicken meals available to everyone without overcomplicating dinner.”

The brand is positioned to resonate with busy parents, young professionals and anyone seeking protein-rich, better-for-you options that don’t require cleanup or planning. With a suggested retail price of just $5.99 for 1.25 pounds, Easy Street delivers value without compromise.

Backed by decades of sourcing, production and culinary expertise, Easy Street is available in Aldi, Giant Eagle and Giant Food, Harris Teeter, Market Basket, Weis and ShopRite retailers in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Washington D.C. and West Virginia.

“There’s really nothing else like Easy Street in the market right now,” Fine said. “We’re offering something that’s flavorful, high-quality and truly affordable for families, and that combination just doesn’t exist in this category. What’s even more exciting is being able to launch with such strong retail support from day one, making it accessible for everyone right out of the gate.”

As part of its mission, One Fine Family and its brands, including Easy Street, are committed to giving back. The company donates hundreds of thousands of pounds of chicken annually to grassroots organizations and disaster relief efforts across the country, from feeding families in need locally to shipping products for emergency response in times of crisis. On average, it has donated more than 350,000 pounds of chicken over the last five years.

About Easy Street
Easy Street offers antibiotic-free chicken that’s trimmed, dry-seasoned and ready to cook in minutes. Designed for busy households and anyone seeking affordable, high-protein meals without the hassle, Easy Street gives home cooks a serious upgrade without asking them to play chefs. Founded in 2025 by Zach Fine, CEO of Holly Poultry, Inc., Easy Street is part of One Fine Family, a Baltimore-based food company focused on bringing restaurant-quality poultry to everyday home kitchens. Rooted in flexibility, foodservice expertise and strong retail partnerships, One Fine Family aims to make better chicken more accessible for everyone. The company donates between 300,000 and 500,000 pounds of chicken annually to local organizations and national relief efforts, and it is committed to being a valued partner to retailers and the communities it serves.
