Starting this month, the new mini offering is rolling out at 99 Ranch Market, H Mart, and T&T locations across the United States and Canada.

The new mini format builds on the success of Synear’s full-size Pork Soup Dumplings, which have earned a dedicated following for their authentic taste and quality. This offering is inspired by Shengjian Bao, a pan-fried soup dumpling found at street stalls throughout Shanghai. 

Traditionally served as a larger, sit-down meal, Synear has adapted the recipe into a smaller, more accessible format to allow for varied use. Each bite-sized dumpling features a premium pork filling seasoned with ginger and scallion, encased in a thin, tender wrapper. The center holds a rich, savory pork broth that releases during cooking, offering a classic experience that appeals to both long-time fans and first-time consumers. 

The Street Food Mini Pork Soup Dumplings are designed to cook from frozen in approximately eight minutes. They function well as a light bite, an appetizer, or as a side for a larger family-style dinner.
