To provide greater efficiency in customer service, Stellar, a Jacksonville, Fla., construction, design, engineering and mechanical services firm, has expanded its existing Refrigeration division to include the company’s Maintenance, Parts and Operations and Automation Services divisions.

The combined units will be known as Stellar Refrigeration Services and will be led by divisional Vice President Jeff Williams (pictured, at left). Officials said Williams has been with Stellar for 23 years and has more than 35 years of experience in the refrigeration industry.
 
“Stellar always strives to ‘exceed the expectations’ of our customers in the most unified and efficient manner, and combining these units will help us continue to offer cohesive mechanical services operations for the variety of industries we serve,” Williams said.
 
Within Refrigeration Services, Neil Horn will now serve as vice president of corporate refrigeration contracting; overseeing the division’s contracting projects. Brian Reeves will be responsible for regional projects as division manager of regional refrigeration contracting.
 
The restructuring also includes the promotions of Mike Wolf and Kerry Mowlam. Wolf was promoted to divisional manager of corporate contracting management, and Mowlam was promoted to divisional manager of mechanical utilities.
