EYE ON OPERATIONS:Nestle S.A., Vevey, Switzerland, said its Nestle USA business will officially open its "state-of-the-art" aseptic products factory -- Nestle's largest global operation -- in Anderson, Ind., on Wed. March 4. In conjunction, Nestle S.A. CEO Paul Bulcke and Nestle USA Chairman & CEO Brad Alford will host a video webcast that day. The Indiana site will produce and distribute Nesquik ready-to-drink and Coffee-mate liquid products. . . . SunOpta Inc., Toronto, said itsSunOpta Grains and Foods Groupplans this month to commission a new soy processing and aseptic packaging operation in Modesto, Calif. Scheduled for start-up later this summer, the operation will process and package organic aseptic soymilk and other beverages. Combined, SunOpta plants in Modesto -- as well as in Alexandria, Minn. -- will have an annual production capacity of 250 to 300 million quarts of soymilk and other beverages.
