Hollis, Cannella join Pierre Foods' board
Prepared meat and sandwich processor Pierre Foods Inc., Cincinnati, said Dean Hollis and Margaret Cannella joined the company's board of directors. Hollis, 48, most recently was president and chief operating officer for ConAgra Foods' Consumer Foods and International Division. Cannella, 56, formerly was global head of credit research and U.S. corporate strategy at JPMorgan.
