Campbell Soup Co., Camden, N.J., completed its purchase ofEcce Panis, an East Brunswick, N.J., in-store bakery supplier of frozen par-baked artisan breads. Terms of the deal -- brokered by Chicago mid-market investment bank Lincoln International -- were not disclosed. Campbell Soup officials say Ecce Panis will retain its distinct brand within the company'sPepperidge Farmunit.
