Brian Demos will serve as senior manager for research and development and technical services at Little Lady Foods, an Elk Grove Village, Ill., co-packer and processor of frozen pizzas, sandwiches and other specialty products. Little Lady CEO Dan Scales said Demos formerly led R&D teams at ConAgra Foods and Armour Swift-Eckrich.
