SUPPLIER SHORTS: The Haskell Company, a Jacksonville, Fla., design and construction services provider, said it acquired PTS Engineering, an Atlanta-based process engineering firm specializing in the food and beverage industries. . . . Stellar, a Jacksonville, Fla.-based design, engineering and construction firm, will receive a National Safety Merit Award on June 24 from the Associated Builders and Contractors. The award recognizes companies whose safety performance and programs are exemplary and who demonstrate a commitment to job-site safety.
