Scales joins Reilly search firm
Refrigerated and frozen food industry executive Dan Scales joined Reilly Partners, a Chicago executive search firm, as a managing director.
Scales most recently served as chief executive officer at frozen contract pizza and sandwiches maker Little Lady Foods, Elk Grove Village, Ill. He also has held marketing and senior management posts at Pennant Foods / Chef Solutions, Sara Lee and Pillsbury.
Said Reilly's founding partner and Chairman Bob Reilly, "He brings to Reilly Partners the combined experience of working at large branded CPG manufacturers and privately-held organizations for the the foodservice and retail industries. Starting his career in sales and marketing, Scales has risen through the ranks to CEO of two food manufacturing companies and has a proven track record in turn-around situations, including acquisitions, spin-offs and breakups. He has strong experience working closely with private equity partners and within corporate and family environments."
