The Associated Pressreported that Chobani Greek yogurt processorAgro Farma, Norwich, N.Y., will receive $16 million in state incentives for a new dairy processing facility in Columbus, N.Y., near Syracuse.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Agro Farma is investing $97 million to build and equip the facility, which will create 450 new jobs. State officials noted that Agro Farma, New York's largest dairy processor, has spent $115 million in property and plant improvements during the past five years.
