EXECS ON THE MOVE
One of the largest producers of frozen fillo dough and fillo products, Athens Foods, Cleveland, said it hired Scott Sumser as president. Sumser most recently served for nine years as vice president of North American sales and retail marketing for ASPIRE Brands/BONNE BELL, INC. He also held multiple posts at Kraft Foods during a 13-year period.
Chobani yogurt maker Agro Farma, Norwich, N.Y., said it hired Mikael Pedersen as the company’s chief operations officer. Officials said Pedersen will lead Agro Farma’s global operations initiatives and report to CEO and Founder, Hamdi Ulukaya. Agro Farma said Pedersen has more than 25 years of expertise in dairy manufacturing
