ParchmentBake Tilapia Fillets
April 20, 2012
Take the guesswork out of preparing and serving seafood.
Pinnacle Foods Group welcomed new ParchmentBake tilapia fillets to its Mrs. Paul’s and Van de Kamp’s brands.
These fillets are wrapped in a unique parchment bag that delicately bakes 100% whole tilapia fillets in sauce, locking in flavor and moisture.
ParchmentBake fillets boast 13 grams of protein, 0.5 grams of fat and less than 80 calories of fat per serving (one fillet) and contain zero MSG and artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
“We learned that while consumers want to eat more seafood, they don’t always feel comfortable preparing fish at home,” says Lisa Barrette, senior marketing director of seafood at Pinnacle Foods Group, Parsippany, N.J. “Using the same parchment paper technique professional chefs use to bake fish perfectly, we created Mrs. Paul’s and Van de Kamp’s ParchmentBake, allowing consumers to easily serve restaurant-quality seafood at home, perfect every time.”
They come lightly sauced in a variety of options, including Classic Grilled, Garlic Butter, Roasted Garlic and Lemon Pepper, and are available in grocery stores nationwide for a suggested retail price of $5.99.
