New to Sartori’s lineup is a limited edition of Peppermint BellaVitano cheese, an artisan cheese crafted by hand rubbing aged BellaVitano Gold with crushed peppermint candy.
To support breast cancer awareness, Plymouth, Wis.-based Sartori Co. will issue a portion of all the proceeds to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. in support of breast cancer awareness.
"Our cheesemakers crafted this fun, delicious cheese with the intention of using it to help raise money for breast cancer awareness," says Jim Sartori, co-founder. "We couldn't have found a better partner than the National Breast Cancer Foundation, an outstanding organization dedicated to creating awareness and saving lives through early detection. We are amazed at how many retail partners have come forward to help bring this whole program to life.”
This pink cheese is available in specialty retailers nationwide this October.
