Pocono Produce Co., Inc., Stroudsburg, Pa ., unveiled a new brand identity to more accurately market its current capabilities and product offerings to the foodservice and retail industries. The rebranding, which includes a new look, increased services and name change to Pocono ProFoods, connects more than 70 years of history to the company’s vision for the future.

Pocono Produce outgrew its name a long time ago as it added product categories ranging from grocery items to fresh meats and seafood.

“Although produce remains a very important aspect of our business, Pocono ProFoods just better describes who we are, what we do and where we are going,” says Terrence Snyder, president. “We still remain an independent family-owned business, which is now operated by the second and third generations. Our family and associates are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional products and services with the integrity and honesty that has always been our foundation.”

Pocono ProFoods delivers quality products and fresh ideas to independent and multi-location restaurants, schools, institutions and universities throughout 12 states in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Whether it is a fresh fish that was swimming in the ocean yesterday and flown halfway around the world, or simply local produce that travelled only a few miles, Pocono ProFoods is focused on getting restaurants what they want when they want it.
