Mundelein, Ill.-based Alef Sausage Co. is adding a new line of all-natural salami selections to its product line. 
Made with natural meats, freshly ground spices and natural preservatives, these salamis are a low-fat alternative. They come in the following varieties:
Summer Sausage—Uncured dry salami made with beef, pork and freshly ground all-natural spices.
Dry Turkey Salami—Uncured dry salami made with freshly ground spices.
Old-Fashioned Dry Salami—Uncured dry salami made with beef, pork and freshly ground all-natural spices.
Dry Beef Salami—Uncured dry salami made with beef and freshly ground spices.
