Single Lobe Turkey Breasts for Foodservice
Norbest Inc., Moroni, Utah, introduced its Signature Classics Single Lobe Turkey Breasts for foodservice.
This line of fully cooked, premium whole-muscle breast meat is roasted and browned using “gourmet” recipes.
New varieties include Oil Browned, Golden Roast, Sun-Dried Tomato, Italian-Style and Black Pepper.
The product line contains no trim, emulsions, fillers or extenders. The turkey breasts are deep basted with natural turkey broth and seasonings, then lightly browned for flavor and appearance. Plus, they are skinless and 97% fat-free, suitable for center-of-the-plate entrées, carving stations or specialty gourmet sandwiches.
The Single Lobe line is available in 3.5- to 5.5-pound containers and packed four per case.
