No-antibiotics-ever turkey for foodservice
Butterball Foodservice, Garner, N.C., introduced Farm to Family by Butterball, a line of no-antibiotics-ever, all-natural turkey raised on local family-owned farms and fed an all-vegetarian diet.
The Farm to Family line consists of turkey burgers, ground turkey, turkey breast and ready-to-cook roasts, and each of the eight products can be used in an assortment of menu items.
“We added no-antibiotics-ever turkey to the Butterball portfolio because we know that many consumers and operators would rather eat and serve proteins raised without antibiotics,” says Richie Jenkins, senior director of marketing. “Everyone has different opinions about food, and we believe in giving our customers choices. The breadth of the Farm to Family line enables chefs to explore the culinary versatility of these new offerings.”
