Designed for simple set-up and changeover, the Sleek 65 is capable of 200 packages per minute, and is completely servo driven for precise positioning and smooth acceleration and deceleration.
User-friendly color touch-screen with pre-programmed product setup and adjustable forming box make this an ideal solution for the confectionary, snack food and bakery markets.
The Sleek 65 Wrapper uses three servo motors and servo drives—no chains, gears or lubrication necessary. Plus, it is equipped with a dual lug position infeed conveyor and an adjustable forming shoulder.
Standard features include precise PID temperature control, pre-programmed and stored product setup, stainless-steel frame construction, user-friendly color touch-screen HMI, auto open/close rotary fin wheel assembly and rotary seal jaws with jam detecting logic.
The Sleek 65 Wrapper can be equipped with gas flush capabilities for extended shelf life as well as printing and/or labeling attachments for product identification or code dating. It can also wrap using many roll stock materials such as polypropylene film, microperf material, multi-layer laminated, co-extruded and foil films.
