Colorado Premium Foods, Greeley, Colo., acquired all of the assets and stock of Buedel Fine Meats & Provisions and Vlcek Fine Meats, Inc., both based in Bridgeview, Ill. 

Founded in 1907, Buedel Fine Meats & Provisions is a leading distributor of premium quality meats to restaurants, hotels, casinos and country clubs. Founded in 1927, Vlcek Fine Meats is a third-generation purveyor of fine meats and poultry servicing white tablecloth restaurants and hotels, and is a co-packer of beef products for high-end purveyors both nationally and internationally.

Colorado Premium intends to unify the two companies under the Buedel Fine Meats & Provisions brand name and manage the business out of the same location with the same historical operating practices.
