Eaglestone Equipment Acquires Procon Systems
Eaglestone Equipment, St. Charles, Ill., acquired Procon Systems, Inc., a designer and supplier of conveyor systems and integrated lines based in Bartlett, Ill. Procon Systems’ product offerings includes power turn belt conveyors, bucket elevators, line shaft live roller conveyors, vibratory feeders, dumpers and more.
“By expanding our focus into the integrator side of the business, it will allow us to better manage the complete layout of the production line from the start of each project. This will provide our customers a more efficient processing and packaging plant overall,” says Carmen Sammauro, president of Eaglestone.
