SpecPage plc, a Bradenton, Fla.-based provider of integrated software solutions for the food and beverage industry, acquired GLN-Data.com Ltd, a Germany-based company that offers innovative global data synchronization network (GDSN) solutions for SAP users.

With expertise in GDSN, SpecPage provides comprehensive software solutions and online catalogs for product management and information, including product lifecycle management (PLM), product data management (PDM), laboratory information and management system (LIMS) and environmental health and safety administration (EHSA).

GLN-Data.com provides suppliers and distributors with solutions to better manage master data across the business as well as exchange it with trade partners through standardized GDSN data pools.
