Braga Fresh, Soledad, Calif., debuted new organic chopped salad kits under the Josie’s Organics product line.

The Sweet Kale Chopped kind is a mix of organic kale, green cabbage, broccoli and radicchio in a 10-ounce bag, with organic toppings such as roasted pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and poppyseed dressing.

The Asian Chopped variety is a crunchy combination of organic green cabbage, celery, carrots, cilantro and green onions, plus organic almonds, sesame seeds, wonton strips and tangy sesame dressing in a 12-ounce bag.

Both salads are merchandised in the company’s signature Josie’s Organics blue polka dot easy-open bags, and are available in major retailers and wholesale distributors throughout the United States.
