Refrigerated dough in new premium packaging
Wewalka, a European dough producer, introduced new refrigerated dough product to the U.S. market.
This line of ready-to-bake, refrigerated dough combines authentic European bakery quality with high-quality ingredients and packaged with parchment paper liner to give a bakery style feel. This line is also said to be the nation’s first flatbread dough sold in refrigerated, ready-to-use format.
“Everyone deserves the pleasure of great-tasting baked goods, and Wewalka makes it even easier with our ‘ready to roll’ parchment paper lining in each package,” says Mike D’Addieco, national marketing manager. “The dough rolls out into the perfect shape and thickness. There is no stretching or tearing. There is no need for flour on the counter or messy pan sprays. The parchment paper prevents sticking and keeps the pan clean.”

Flatbread dough is made with unbleached, pure wheat flour, and creates an authentic restaurant experience at home. Simply unroll the dough on the enclosed parchment paper, then sauce, top and bake or grill.
Danish pastry dough is made of 36 folded layers of sweet yeast dough, ideal for baking up croissants, sweet rolls and other pastries.
Puff pastry dough consists of 64 thin layers of dough that bake into an airy and flaky pastry, ideal for sweet or savory recipes.
Bistro pizza dough is made with European olive oil and real yeast to create a thin and crispy crust.
Classic pizza dough is made with European olive oil and real yeast.
