GreenSpace Brands acquires Cold Press Corp.
The CEDAR brand produces premium cold-pressed juices.
GreenSpace Brands Inc., Canada, acquired The Cold Press Corp., the Canada-based owner of the CEDAR brand of premium cold-pressed juices, for approximately $5.385-6.385 million.
"I couldn't be happier to see CEDAR join the GreenSpace family of brands," says Matthew von Teichman, chief executive officer of GreenSpace Brands. "CEDAR is a strong brand amongst a key demographic of Millennial consumers that we are starting to connect to more and more. We think we have a lot of opportunities to grow CEDAR into other channels and through our core grocery channel, while growing gross profit dollars onto an increasingly fixed cost base."
