Broaster adds Smokaroma to portfolio of foodservice equipment
Smokaroma manufactures high-speed pressure smokers.

Broaster Co., Beloit, Wis., added Smokaroma, Inc. to its lineup of high-quality branded food programs and foodservice equipment.
Smokaroma, also based in Beloit, Wis., maintains nearly 60 years’ experience manufacturing high-speed pressure smokers, producing smoked meats, cheeses and other food products for a variety of foodservice establishments, such as restaurants, convenience stores and other food outlets.
Instant Burger, also part of Broaster’s Smokaroma acquisition, is a countertop unit that cooks hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken fillets and other meats in less than a minute.
