Oil-free, dry-running vacuum pump
Leybold USA, Export, Pa., introduced SCROLLVAC plus, an oil-free, dry-running vacuum pump that functioned in a variety of environments, including laboratories, large research facilities, vacuum ovens or as a backing pump for turbomolecular and cryopump systems.
SCROLLVAC plus boasts a light, compact design, and can be integrated into new and existing vacuum systems.
Features include:
- Hermetic sealing of the rotating parts from the pump chamber reduces the risk of contamination.
- Comes in four versions with the pump speed stages 7, 10, 15 and 18 m3 / h.
- An integrated gas ballast valve allows the pumping of condensable vapors.
