Pinnacle Foods, Parsippany, N.J., took ownership of a vegetable processing plant in Beaver Dam, Wis.
The 350,000-square-foot facility will be used to package Birds Eye vegetable products.
The facility provides flexibility to add volume, as needed, over time.
Production began in January.
