CoolSys, Brea, Calif., acquired Axiom Energy Solutions, Savannah, Ga.

With this acquisition, CoolSys will integrate the resources and capabilities of Axiom as a provider of energy efficiency solutions with CoolSys Energy Solutions to serve energy optimization (EO) customers nationwide.
