Intertek acquires Alchemy Systems

Intertek Group plc, UK, announced plans to acquire Alchemy Systems, Austin, Texas, from The Riverside Co., New York.

Alchemy’s technology solutions and expertise will strengthen Intertek’s total quality assurance proposition with the expansion of its global assurance business into people assurance, helping companies mitigate safety risks and increase operational effectiveness through effective training, communications and operational programs.
