Bellisio Foods acquires Frozen Specialties
FSI is a producer of private label and co-manufactured frozen pizza and pizza bites.
Bellisio Foods, Inc., a Minneapolis-based division of CP Foods, entered into a definitive agreement with Swander Pace Capital, San Francisco, to acquire Frozen Specialties, Inc. (FSI), Perrysburg, Ohio. The acquisition will be folded under Overhill Farms, Inc, Vernon, Calif., which Bellisio Foods purchased in 2013.
“This acquisition of FSI brings together our vibrant, growing companies who share an expertise in delivering delicious, exciting brands and private label products to retail customers that delight consumers,” says Ken Stickevers, president and CEO at Bellisio Foods.
FSI is a producer of private label and co-manufactured frozen pizza and pizza bites sold in nearly every major retailer across the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. The deal also includes FSI’s production facility in Archbold, Ohio.
