Linxis Group, France, acquired Unifiller Systems, a Canada-based manufacturer of portioning and depositing equipment for small and mid-sized bakeries.

With this acquisition, Linxis Group, parent company of VMI, Diosna and Shick-Estève, further expands its international footprint and equipment portfolio.
