Apex Motion Control, specialists in robotics and automation for the baking and food industry, has introduced a new function for their Baker-Bot – targeted filling and depositing.

What started as an acquisition with only four employees, Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery is now a growing company with a team of 95 associates. The second-generation, family-owned company is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.

Unifiller, a subsidiary of the Linxis Group of Companies, is pleased to welcome Daniel Feuereissen as a new sales Territory Manager at its global head office. Daniel has been with Unifiller for over seven years and is known for his vast technical and product knowledge. Daniel previously worked with Unifiller as a Support Specialist travelling around the world assisting customers with installs of their Unifiller equipment. Prior to that, he worked as a Product Specialist testing customer product, in R&D and Production.

Jan Glass succeeded Dr. Juergen Kuske as Chief Financial Officer of the Optima Group on May 1, 2020.  As a result, in collaboration with Hans Buehler, the Managing Director, he is taking over the management of the central departments at the company.

GEA Refrigeration Technologies’ Texas service branch, currently located in Houston, is moving to a new location in Pasadena, Texas. The brand-new facility is centrally located relative to customers and vendors, at 3451 Pasadena Blvd., Pasadena, TX 77503. The move is expected to occur during May and be completed by June 1, 2020.
