NORPAC Foods, Inc., Salem, Ore., announced plans to sell its soup business to Kettle Cuisine, LLC, Lynn, Mass.

NORPAC Foods has built its soup business over the past 35 years, serving the foodservice, retail and international channels.

The acquisition of NORPAC’s soup business was announced in conjunction with Kettle Cuisine, Bonewerks Culinarte, Green Bay, Wis., and Savory Creations, La Crosse, Wis., being consolidated into one entity within Kainos Capital Fund II, Dallas, Texas.
