Ramen Lab, the pop-up restaurant incubator from Sun Noodle, announced today that it is launching a frozen prepared ramen bowl product line called Ramen Lab at Home: Chef to Guest. Ramen Lab will collaborate with celebrated ramen chefs. The store will officially launch on August 7.
In addition to convenience, core frozen food shoppers stated they also value the taste, quality, variety and consistency of the food itself.

The American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI), Arlington, Va., and Food Marketing Institute (FMI), Arlington, Va., released “The Power of Frozen 2019,” an inaugural exploration into the consumption, purchase drivers and use of frozen foods.
The Osso Good Co., San Rafael, Calif., debuted new Bone Broth Soup’r Foods, rich, nutrient-dense soups that include the company’s high-quality bone broths in each serving.
The new production facility will eventually employ more than 300 workers, and produce branded and private label products for club, retail, industrial and foodservice customers.
