Deemed the Outstanding New Product of the Year at the 2024 Fancy Food Show, Jane Foodie is poised to redefine ready-to-eat foods. Amidst a market of preservative-heavy prepared foods, Jane Foodie emerges as one of the most innovative, nourishing brands in its sector.

The beautiful lineup of flash frozen, pre-cooked and par-baked dishes - from mouth-watering meat dishes, soups and sauces, to breads, rolls and mini bundts - offers a refreshing departure from the onslaught of over-complicated meal kits. And guess what? You won’t have to sign up for yet another subscription.

“Our mission at Jane Foodie is simple: To create elevated, comforting, homestyle foods that allow people more free time for conversations around the table. We don’t compromise quality for the sake of convenience, we deliver on both. Once we do the cooking, the food is immediately flash-frozen, so customers can heat and enjoy in minutes with zero thawing required,” said Jane Foodie founder, Jane Carroll.

Research has shown that some flash-frozen foods retain even more nutrient-dense qualities than if they were enjoyed fresh, because the integrity of the vitamins and minerals are preserved in a flash. The precise process also ensures the food tastes shockingly fresh, locking in all the flavors, textures and juiciness of home cooking.

All packaging is recyclable and/or biodegradable, and shipping freshness is ensured by the innovative use of wool insulators with dry ice, rather than single-use cold packs and Styrofoam.

Jane Foodie offers a versatile menu DTC via its website, including soups, stews and pasta sauces (hello Hearty Guinness-Infused Irish Beef Stew, Butternut Squash and Ginger Soup and Sundried Tomato Pesto); meat dishes (Lemon Chicken Breast, Grilled Hot Honey Chicken, Grilled Filet Mignon and Beef Irish Empanadas); scrumptious veggie and rice sides; baked goods (authentic Mini Sourdough Loaves and hand-knotted Kaiser Rolls?!); and even snacks and accompaniments like dressings and dipping oils.
