Harry’s Fresh Foods, a Portland, Ore.-based manufacturer of premium refrigerated and frozen soups, entrées, sides and desserts, opened a new 200,000-square-foot production facility in Nashville, Tenn.

“We are now among the first to manufacture on both sides of our country. Opening this Nashville production facility enables us to offer the same high-quality products with less distance to travel, improves efficiency and available delivered shelf life of the company’s fresh, natural and organic products,” says Jamie Colbourne, chief executive officer.

The new production facility will eventually employ more than 300 workers, and produce branded and private label products for club, retail, industrial and foodservice customers. Harry’s Fresh Foods also offers flexible manufacturing capabilities and uses locally sourced ingredients.
